Cancellation & Return Policy

At Travelustion, we aim to provide flexibility for our travelers while ensuring transparency in our booking terms. This page outlines our cancellation and refund policy for all bookings made through online.travelutions.pt.

Free Cancellation

• You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour/package and receive a full refund.

Partial Refunds

• Cancellations made between 72h and 48h before the scheduled package will be refunded at 80% of the booking value.

No Refunds

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the package start time are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

• Refund requests will be reviewed and approved within 7 working days.

• Once approved, refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the original booking.

• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Special cases (illness, emergencies, or force majeure) will be considered individually.

• Non-refundable products (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
