Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing booking details before confirmation.

• Complying with airline, hotel, and activity rules.

Agency Responsibility

Travelutions is responsible for:

• Processing bookings and payments correctly.

• Providing accurate information about travel packages.

• Informing customers of any relevant changes from suppliers.

Limitations of Liability

• Travelutions is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, hotel issues, or decisions made by airlines or local providers.

• Errors caused by incorrect customer information are the customer’s responsibility.

• Travelutions is not liable for events resulting from force majeure (weather, strikes, political events, etc.).

3. Booking & Confirmation Process

How to Make a Booking

1. Choose your package on our website.

2. Select available dates, number of participants, and any included options.

3. Complete the booking form with the required details.

4. Proceed with secure online payment.

Confirmation

• After payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with booking details.

• Some services may require additional verification; in these cases, Travelutions will contact the customer.

• The booking is considered valid only after Travelutions issues the official confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation rules are applied as follows:

Free Cancellation

• Up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour: Full refund.

Partial Refunds

• Between 72 hours and 48 hours before the tour: 80% refund.

No Refunds

• Less than 24 hours before the tour start time: No refund.

Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of Travelutions or its licensed partners.

• Copying, distributing, reproducing, or modifying any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
